Getting Started with CPD
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a standard requirement for most professionals working in a health-related role.

Professional members of Baby in Mind are required to undertake a minimum of 20 hours of activity each year to support the maintenance of their skills and knowledge, and toward their development as an educator and facilitator. As well as completing relevant CPD activities, members must also keep records of evidence that they have completed their CPD requirements.

The following resources will help get you started with understanding your CPD requirements, including information about the evidence you need to keep. They provide an overview of the Baby in Mind CPD program, details about the types of activities that count toward CPD, the topics you can count toward CPD, as well as rules about the evidence you need to keep.
