Member Tips for Using the Baby in Mind Website

Four months after the launch of the new Baby in Mind website, most things have gone off without a hitch. Here’s some useful tips for members about using the website, based on the most common questions we’ve had:
Make sure you log-in

This site uses a membership-based system. In plain-English this means that logging-in will make sure you can access all areas, discounts and resources you are entitled to. So how can parents find which technique works for their individual baby?

Use the ‘Forgot Password’ link.

If you have lost your password, the log-in page has a ‘forgot password’ link. You don’t need to email the office for your password anymore, but use the ‘forgot password’ link and follow the instructions.

Check your spam folder

New passwords are automatically sent to you in an email that looks like very bad spam.

If you don’t receive your new password, please check your spam/ junk mail folder. This won’t come as an email from anyone in our office, but will look like an auto-generated computer email.

Provide as much detail as you can

Our friendly team are on-hand to help with any technical difficulties. To help us respond as quickly as possible, please provide as much detail as possible about the problem you are having. For example, please include information about any error messages you receive, what page you are having difficulty with, and what you see. If you know how to do screen-shots this is very helpful – but not essential.
